I’m reporting a serious issue with my game server.

My server was ranked Top 24, and yesterday I submitted a claim request to verify that I am the owner. However, after doing this, my server completely disappeared from the database.

Thanks for your response. I’d like to clarify a few things about my situation:

My server did not experience any extended downtime, so point 1 can be ruled out.

I do not receive any ban message when re-adding it, so point 3 is also ruled out.

The only thing I did was submit a claim to verify ownership. Shortly after that, my server disappeared from the database, and now that it's back, it has completely lost its previous rank and stats.

I want to confirm that neither I nor anyone with access to the server deleted it manually. The only action taken was submitting the claim.

Is it possible that the claiming process caused this reset or deletion?
My server was Top 24 Global, and now it's showing at #811, which makes no sense.

Please review this case. It seems like an unintended bug or system issue.

As you have eliminated 1 and 3 that leaves only option two.

Servers do not get randomly deleted from Gametracker.
i.e. In 15 years I have never seen it happen.

I suggest that you take all steps to secure your account, beginning with an urgent change of password.

I completely understand what you're saying, but I honestly find the timing very strange.

My server was active for over a year without any issues, and the day after I submitted the ownership claim, it gets permanently removed? That seems like more than just a coincidence.

It never got deleted before, never had downtime, and no ban. But right after I take the step to claim it — boom, gone.

With all due respect, I think this needs to be looked at more closely. It feels like something went wrong in the claiming process itself, or there may be an issue on the backend.

If you have the audacity to tell me to check my passwords — which is absolutely ridiculous — then I have the right to demand an answer: does this site even provide a detailed log of account access by IP address, or is it just that easy for you to throw around accusations that my passwords are compromised? This is stupid and feels like you’re mocking me. I honestly can’t expect anything better from this site. I worked my ass off to reach the top 25 — a lot of hard work — just for a moderator to treat me with such laziness.
