The server has been fully overhauled, all fake or idle players have been removed, and it now operates with only real players.
This is a completely new setup under my ownership, unrelated to the previous flagged version.

Hello GameTracker, I want to know why we get NR, we stayed a lot of times in top 20 and when we are more higher we take NR? we don’t use fake players, we have plugin for slaying afk, no spectators and protection anti-fakeclients. I don’t know if you check servers , like to join and see how is it. Hope this problem will be solved. Thank you !

Dear Admin Team,

We would like to appeal the ban/deranking of our server. We believe there may have been a misunderstanding, and we would like to clarify a few points.

We are not using any fake or idle clients to boost our server ranking. In fact, our server is configured to automatically kick any user who connects from more than two IPs, to prevent abuse. Previously, we had two bots — one lobby bot and one radio bot. The lobby bot has already been removed. Only one radio bot remains, and if necessary, we are happy to remove or hide it as per your guidelines.

We are not sure which rule we may have violated, and we kindly ask you to inform us of the specific reason for the derank. Our goal is to fully comply with the ranking guidelines and maintain a fair and honest server.
