The "Saved" Favorite bookmark was showing as 9999 Unavailable/Offline in the game. I was able to locate the server in the game's Server List and join the game.
I tried several scan ports with no success. It still shows up as Offline and Dead. A ticket was opened at GameServers as well. I would like to retain my players' stats and server's standing. 108.61.109.162:7777 Thanks |

You may already be familiar with this FAQ post but; My server will not add or shows as down, what should I do?
You mention trying "several scan ports with no success". What port is set as scanning port in your server configuration? Default would appear to be 7778 whereas yours is currently set to 7779 I am a community user. I do not reply to private message requests for support. Thanks for your response but
I have changed nothing in regard to scan ports. I remember this happened many years ago but don't know what was done to fix it as again, nothing was done on my part to cause it. If I change the scan ports here at GT, it says Could not scan server. I would like to keep my stats / history How do I fix this? |

Have you followed *all* of the suggestions / diagnostic steps in link I posted above?

Sorry, Chimera,
I can't see anything applicable in your link. This server has been running since 2010 with very few problems. For the longest time, I used Server Port = 7778 and Query Port = 7779 and now it changed to 7777 & 7784, I did not change this nor is it in ANY of my settings. This is what Game Servers replied with: --------------------------------------------------------------------- Have you made any changes or additions to the server prior to the start of the issue? It appears the server is binding to the wrong query port: UdpServerQuery(crt): Port 7784 successfully bound. This is a common issue with the ngworldstats feature, which has been defunct for some time. However, I see the ngworldstats settings disabled within the configuration. There may be another mutator/mod active that is causing the issue. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Again, I have changed nothing in my configuration and have run out of ideas to regain my GT stats. (not interested in ngworldstats)[img][/img]

You have mentioned Game Servers, I presume www.gameservers.com, several times, are they the hosts for your server?
If not, are you able to install a second server, using different ports, to test if it can be added to GT? Is there a possibility that a firewall is interfering with the GT scanners? There are multiple IPs for the scanning servers and the IPs were updated some months ago. See: GameTracker scanner IP addresses - Updated 31-Jan-2025 Which scanner scans your server is variable from time to time. I am a community user. I don't have access to install a test server.
This seems to be a lot of chasing ghosts to figure this out. How did the scan port change? I have changed nothing for a very long time. When I try to change Query port on GT under the Manage section, to 7778, it says Could not Scan Server, then changes back to 7779 = which are not 7784! I am out of ideas being as how this was not due to anything I've done. I know enough to back out any changes if problems arise. This link shows the port info in-game, both old and new parameters. the 9999 dead server should be correct but no longer works. http://www.unrealfuzz.com/Temp/scanports.jpg |

Seems to be showing in gametracker now and using 7784 / 7777.
https://www.gametracker.com/server_info/108.61.109.162:7777/ Someone suggested to me that "some sever crash happened it also locked up the original monitoring process which kept the original ports bound. Then when the server gets restarted ut automatically uses the next 5 available unbound ports." |

You posted this link Your link showing the the scan port 7784 working. I simply updated the scan port on the management page to 7784.
Please confirm, preferably by cross referencing the active map on your server with the active map shown by GT, and also by joining your server to see that it picks up your player name, to ensure that it is in fact scanning your server please. This response from GS, today.
I noticed the GT page no longer showing Online and changed the Query Port back to 7778. The change seems to have been successful. ------— We apologize for the delayed response. There was indeed an old stale process of the server still bound to the default ports, which caused the server to jump ports upon initialization. The old processes have been halted and the server is now properly active with the proper query port. Please give it a try and let us know if you require assistance. ------------- I am hopeful that now things will operate as expected. Thanks for your attention to this matter. Steve T
