Our server has recently been deranked with the message:

“This server has been detected to report fake or idle clients and it is not eligible to be ranked.”

We would like to clarify that we just have 2 bots on our server ,and they are not fake players, or redirect systems. The server is fully managed by our own technical team and all players are real, active users. If there were any unintentional idle connections or AFK moderators, we have already corrected the issue.

We kindly request a review of our server so that it can be re-ranked and made visible again on GameTracker.
