Hello, dear customer support. I have a problem with monitoring. Yesterday, my server stopped receiving requests from monitoring and disappeared from the list of servers. When I request statistics updates, I don't see any requests from gametracker IP addresses.
I have not edited the filtering rules, and the technical support of my server's hosting denies that they have blocked the IP addresses. Server address 37.230.162.15:29070, Star Wars Jedi Academy game. Please help with the problem! |

The server page shows the server is online and displays 30 days of history (so not recently added).
