The server can't track the top players in the server and when someone plays in the server. The server tracker will be offline and If no one is in the server it will be online. How do I fix this kind of issue in the server.

I have been watching the server from time to time.
The server seems to go dead to Gametracker when players are online and able to be scanned when empty.

This would indicate a bandwidth issue.
Is this server being run on a home PC / home network?

I don't know the game from experience, but is it possible to add a couple of bots?

My server is been running in Web Hosting Servers

What is the difference between this server and other servers you have added?
Are they not your servers (you haven't taken ownership of those server pages)?
Are those servers also in the Philippines?
