Hello Gametracker Team
Is been since 8 hours my server showing off in gametracker.com only
In other sites it scans data
Can he possibly to fix please?

Same here—the server was last scanned over 15 hours ago. The server is always shown as offline, but it is actually online.

I can see no physical reason for either of your servers failing to be scanned.
Thousands of servers are currently being scanned successfully by GT.

I have checked highest ranked servers;
Highest player count servers;
High rank servers with currently zero players and all are being scanned successfully.

Thats weird because i see also top servers sometimes being off and having glitch / frozen chart sometimes being 0 in chart like no player was playing there
My server is being scanned in all sites without any issue
If was a problem from our part other sites wouldn’t scan my server
Only in gametracker.com is having these problems since a week.

I would not make that assumption.
Many times I have been able to find servers using another tool while GT could not.
This can be been caused by any of; game addons, server configuration, firewall settings, host ISP blocking, failing routers between GT and the Game server.

've confirmed it's fully reachable:

Players connect normally.
It shows Online on other server-list sites, only GameTracker shows it Offline (since last night).
Host firewall allows UDP 27015 from all (runs in Docker/Pterodactyl).
OVH Edge Network Firewall allowed 27015 from all, and I've now disabled it entirely so OVH mitigation isn't inspecting traffic.

Could you please reset the scan status on my existing listing and trigger a fresh scan? I'd like to keep the current listing so my rank/history is preserved (I don't want to delete and re-add). If your scanner is still not getting a reply from 57.129.61.75:27015, please let me know so I can check further on my side.

Bothe of these servers have been fully scanning for approximately 14 hours now.
