Hi! I'm trying to claim my MOHAA server 94.199.215.100:30327 in GameTracker. GameTracker does not let me enter custom query port 32033 for MOHAA thats provided by my server host. And that is forbidding me to claim my server i assume. How can i fix this and claim my server?

This is not a question of allowing the query port, I was able to do so after attempting with just the join port.
Regardless, your server would not add.

Hi, since the server is online and visible in gametracer then i just have to wait few days untill i can clam my server. Am i correct?

After clicking on the claim server i get a message: Gametracer could not scan a server on that port though.

I had a closer look;
You did not add this server, another user added it today.
The server with the join port of 30327 is also specifying the query port as 30327.

Can you change the server name as instructed in the link I posted?

I was in contact with bashy from fshost.me whom im renting this server from and he helped me to add this server to gametracer.
I can change the server name from STORMTROOPERS REALISM to GameTrackerClaimServer and try to claim it then.

I have changed the server same from STORMTROOPERS REALISM to GameTrackerClaimServer and i was making sure the gametracer updated the name also before pressed on the claim server button. Still giving me the same error: Gametracer could not scan a server on that port. Should i ask server host to check the server firewall whitelisted IP-s or its not relavent because the server is allready visible in gametracer.

Server host info:
Server IP 94.199.215.100:30327
Query port: 32033 (altho could only enter join port 30327 while adding the server to gametracer)

This is going to seem a bit strange but;

1) Shutdown the game server.
2) Monitor the Gametracker server page until the page status says 'Dead'. (This may take a while)
3) When the page says the status is dead then click on the word Dead.
4) This will take you to the 'Manage' page where while status is Dead you will have the option to change the Query Port.
5) When you have entered the correct port number, click on UPDATE SCANNING PARAMETERS.


Alternatively, if the server host will allow it, change the query port for the server.
It is worth noting that the majority of mohaa servers use the same port for join and query.

I shut down the server, monitored the GameTracker page until the status was "Dead", clicked on "Dead", changed the Query Port to 32033, and clicked "UPDATE SCANNING PARAMETERS". The result was an error message saying: "The server ports do not match."
