Hello

I have followed the instructions and added query port, and set the following in server.properties

query.port=25565
enable-query=true

I have also tried it with the 'default' port for 25566 without luck.
The server has been online, with players - however, have not been able to get it added.

Any insight is greatly appreciated.

Should you have gone through that, feel free to post the IP, port, and query port. Please also confirm that the GT scanners are not blocked from reaching your server. Please also confirm you are running the most recent version of the server, and not MCPC+ or bungeecord.

I have followed it - and confirmed no ports are blocked.

The server is most recent vanilla server provided by Minecraft.

IP Address: 99.247.238.28
Port: 25565
Query Port: 25565 (can be changed to 25566 if needed, however it did not help previously)

Your server is not responding to the query. (confirmed this with other trackers as well)

Can you post a sample of your server properties with any sensitive information edited or removed.

minecraft servers .org/server/192340 seems to be pinging it OK. It's a default server install.

You appear to have set the settings correctly. Unfortunately I am not sure what else to suggest, since you state you have a vanilla server and have gone through all of the recommendations that work for everyone else.

Hahahaha. I was equally at a loss. I will accept this - and move on.
So pleased to have found gametracker for our other gaming servers, however.
