The only way to change the IP of the page is to setup a DNS address on it.

You can set your DNS on http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/67.175.218.226:26900/manage/

When you're ready to change the IP, point the DNS to the new IP and wait for the page to update. Note: Servers must have the same ports.
