Hi, the current uploaded images look terrible.

My image is a 2.6 KB PNG, your postprocessed image is 5.5 KB JPG and very blurry.

My ideas for a possible solution:
- leave tiny images as they are. If compressing is a must, keep the format respective to the original. JPG only works well with photos. Clan logos usually aren't photos. If someone uploads a PNG, a lot can be done to make it smaller: reducing the number of colours, stripping metadata.
- reduce the compression level if PNG is not an option
- allow remote images
