Well i have 4 servers and for 3 of them it says that their status is dead when i go into the manage option it says:

THIS SERVER CANNOT BE SCANNED
Please ensure that this server is currently up and running and is not firewalled.
Please verify and update the following information if it is not correct:
Query Port: Game Type:
If you are sure that this server is up and running, is not firewalled, and the query port/game type listed above are correct please visit the GameTracker Forums to request additional help.

I have the correct port and gamer but it still cant scan, how do i fix this?

It's usually the result of a firewall blocking your query port. Once you open that port, it may solve the issue for whichever server you may be referring to.
