I am a 20 year technology professional and I am unable to get this to function.

Yes I have done everything mentioned in all other posts such as this.

I seriously doubt this can be resolved without a bug report and guess what? I don't work for you so I will uninstall and move on if I do not see a reply with a solution.

Bump, I also can't get this to work for the life of me. Nor can I find a solution anywhere.

When I first installed it, it worked fine, but an hour later I get this error:
