Recently we have a problem with the scan of our server. After a while GT stops to scan the server and shows "dead" status - I gotta go to the "Manage" tab and update the Query Port - after that server is Alive but not for long.



--FAQ--
1. The server is alive and doesn't have firewall,
2. All premissions are granted for GT,
3. Query port is 10011.

Need fast help for fix it!

The behavior you describe indicates you have blocked one or more of the following IPs:

208.167.241.190
208.167.241.185
208.167.241.186
208.167.241.183
208.167.241.189
108.61.78.147
108.61.78.148
108.61.78.149
108.61.78.150

I add this IPs to whitelist and nothing... Again this same...

All of commands from here working well.

Nope! Not blind... you elected to show that it has been scanning! (although in reality you didn't actually say anything ).

I still stand by my original response regarding what is most likely the issue for you, and have no other ideas for your situation beyond re-checking your TS3 ban list and firewalls you apparently do not have.

Let me tell you what is happening...

1. The normal scanner on IP "1" cannot reach your server.
2. You hit Update Scanning Parameters which scans your server from IP "2" just fine.
3. The normal scanner scans your server from IP "1" again, but is still blocked.

You are correct - the permissions are not the issue.

Hello, I have the same problem.
Nothings changed, since years, all ips whitelisted, but my server is dead every hour and my rank ist lost.

Did you find any solution?

I speak with my hosting and i think he fix that.
