I have two DayZ Mod servers running on my box with all query and game ports open within the incoming firewall. The banners about 3-5 days ago stopped refreshing as for months they we're working perfectly. What I find odd is, once the banner shows as "Dead" status, I'm able to hit "Manage > Update Scanning Parameters" and your site pulls the information correctly as if nothing is wrong. As soon as I let time pass for your automated query process, it refreshes as a dead server.. Any ideas?

Our network doesn't block any IPs and I've also turned off windows firewall on server box. No UDP/TCP ports are being monitored. As I stated before this was working fine a week ago and your site pulls our server just fine. It's only the refresh query that automatically polls every so often is what I'm having an issue with.

Any reason why its not refreshing? -- The banner works if I update the query port then on next poll it fails. My network is not blocking your list of IPs and I have Windows Firewall turned off on my server box

I do not have any other ideas for the situation. If you need to know more specifically what is happening...

1. The normal GT scanner from IP 1 is unable to scan your server and shows your server as dead.
2. You hit update scanning parameters which scans it from IP 2 successfully.
3. The normal GT scanner tries to scan it again and is again, unable to reach your server.

Burn, I'm not sure what happened but you know the saying about restarting your computer 3 times? lol -- well I just restarted the dedi box and all sudden shit starts working HAH!
