My server is down and down rank, nobody gives me answer. I do not know because a server who keeps my full effort, Is rank how as the crab! Please help me

Per your historical data graph, your server had less activity 4-6 days ago. If you want to have better rank, your server needs to be more popular.
Additionally, if you maintain popularity but other servers become more popular, yours could still go down. GT is not willing to manually adjust your rank, for obvious reasons.
