I have been trying to query my server from your website, but unfortunately it cannot be reached.

I use a BungeeCord 1.8, it is not a problem of firewalls since other websites ping correctly. I have more than a 1000 players online, I know quite a bit about minecraft protocols, but I cannot explain why this is happening.
