Dear Moderators,

I was running a CSS server with my current account and just recently we have moved from CSS to CSGO. I tried to update the game type however I am getting the following error.

Please note that, The IP comes from dynamic dns service and in last one month I never had any trouble in case of CSS. Whenever my dynamic IP changes, my DNS service instantly directs to latest IP and gametracker gets the update in like 15 to 20 minute sor I manually change it.

As per error on gametracker it is suggested that game server is either down or port is firewalled etc. its not the case. I am using the same port and right now 15 ppl are playing on the server using dynamic dns. Request you to look into the matter. Looks like a bug to me so thought of posting in forums.

Error on changing game type:
GameTracker attempted to scan your server with the following parameters:
Game Type: Counter Strike Global Offensive
IP Address: 115.118.146.76 (Basically Drag2Death.DDNS.Net)
Query Port: 27015

One of the following suggestions may help you:
Your server is currently offline.
GameTracker needs your server to be online before you can change the game type. Please make sure your server is up and running.
Your server is firewalled.
Please turn off any firewall you have that may block scanning
You entered the wrong game type.
Please update your game type selection and hit scan again
You are using a custom query port.
GameTracker does not support server game changes for servers with custom query ports at this time.
