NFO Servers got new IP's for there Chicago Location and when you add the IP to gametracker is says that the server is located in the Philippines. There IP's Start with 104.153.etc.etc for Example this server http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/104.153.105.155:25200/ Is located in Chicago, United States.

If the location flag is not detected correctly, you're welcome to claim the server and adjust it yourself. If you are not an admin on the server, you'd need to ask the admin of the server to do so.
