Perhaps I'm missing something, but it seems when I add my servers by URL it just converts to an IP regardless. I have a situation where my IP changes from time to time and I have a DNS on my website I use to redirect to my current IP. I would like to have the ability to monitor by a URL rather than resubmitting the servers every few months with a new IP.

When you add a server, it gets saved as an IP. You must claim the server to be able to attach a DNS address with it.
