There is no manager on this server 63.209.37.120:9117 and I would like to claim the open manager position but I dont know how to temporarily change the name to GameTrackerClaimServer.

You cannot arbitrarily claim a random server. Please login at your game server provider where you are renting your server and use their methods to temporarily change the name of the server.

I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.
