Can someone help me here, please.

I saw today, one of my servers got reported with following reason:


This server has been detected to report fake or
idle clients and it is not eligible to be ranked.


Can someone explain me, how this can come? And how can I remove it or ask to remove it? If an administrator of GameTracker could contact me in private, I would admire it.
