hope an admin can help me with this.

Server Name: K!Dz PLayGROUND X [no sniper on inner]
Server IP : 108.61.230.46:8777

our server was last month 4th place and due to a problem with gameserver.com we had lots of crashed and server lost players on 3 days in a row until the problem could be resolved with a fresh install. We were then down to 8th place.

Since then we could climb back up to 4th place on AAPG Ranking.

Today since 12:24pm CET our server is completely down due to a problem with Gameservers.com So we can not restart the server and the server is not reachable at all.

We would like the rank to be at least frozen until this issue is resolved from gameserver.com.
Otherwise its unfair that the ranking goes down.

At the current time, GameTracker does not fudge rank nor guarantee any ranks for you. It would not be fair for anyone.

Being that rank only ever looks at the past week of data, once your server is back up and running it won't take very long at all to get back to where you were.

well I didnt ask for anyone to fudge our rank nor guarantee any ranks for that matter, but gametracker and gameservers are connected to each other, and if the our server is not reachable due to a network power issue ( I am sure you can affirm that easily with gameservers.com) and therefore lose game ranking (hence no player can connect to it) I think it would be unfair to us to lose our rank.
