I noticed that the banners were saying they were not tracked by GT, then I refreshed the page to see they are back. Then I clicked on the banner to goto the tracking page to see that it is not listed, refresh on GT and its back again...

When a server exists at the DNS address, it should move over to that IP properly. Please turn the server on at the new IP you're pointing to.

The ip has not changed in the last year

Is it working better after pointing the DNS to the correct server?

Apparently my domain provider decided to add their ip in. :/ but yes; everything is lighting up again .

I would not be able to tell you without an example.

But if a server is reporting a player as a bot or the name starts with "bot", it will list as a bot.

yep, that is what it is doing. Someone named Bot with numbers in their name makes the system think its a bot. just as you described.
