Unable to claim the server

Hi, I am trying to claim the server with 119.252.190.33:27566 port is same 27566. And I have changed the name to claim it, but it still shows the old name and I can't claim it. It still says that please change the name to GameTrackerClaimServer. Which I did, so please help thanks....

Perhaps you need to restart the server to get the config change to take effect.
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

I did restart the Server many times, I think the Query port are different.

Ok - feel free to reply back with what the query port should be changed to if you determine it was not added with the correct one.
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

27566 I think is the right query port.
