My teamspeak server shows as Server Down.but server is running properly and have added gametracker scaning ips to white list too.server ip is 92.222.95.139:9987

I'm guessing you messed up query permissions, but because the telnet is screwed up on your server I am not able to test that.

no.i didn't change any query permissions.no of players and banners are updating without any problem.only channel info is showing as server down
