I want to change the port to 27025
Here is the server  but its showing playpark xD because its the wrong port  http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/46.59.104.140:27015

Can you transfer the rank and that stuff ??

You'd be able to go to the original page and migrate stats to the new one, but you would not be able to move rank to the new port.
