Unable to join the server.

I am trying to play Call of Duty4, Modern Warfare.

When I try to use GameTracker Lite to do this I get the following error message:

"Unable to join the server because you do not have the game installed. Please setup the game associated with this server and try launching again."

To my knowledge I've installed the game using my store purchased CD. I'm using the following server settings in G.T. Lite:

Name: COD4, Modern Warfare
Game: Call of Duty - Modern Warfare
Server address: 198.27.126.226
Server port: 28960

When I originally set up the server settings, stated above, I got the message:

"The game associated with this server does not support server joining. You can still associate this game with this server, but only the game itself will be launched. Do you want to continue?"

I continued with the above stated server settings because I did not know what else to do.

I'm trying to play multi-player with the guys using the server address stated above. I used to be able to do that before my computer crashed and I had to re-install.

Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Are you using the JOIN button on the server page to join the server?
