That would normally happen when your firewall temporarily blocks the GT scanner. I would suggest whitelisting the scanner IPs:

Unfortunately, we are not able to directly manage or provide specific instructions on how to manage your network/firewall/etc so we will not be able to help find the issue on your end for you.

You might be able to use a tool like HLSW to help identify the problem. You can monitor it on there to see if, when your server is blocking the scanner, if it blocks you on HLSW as well.

the server has been notify offline for 30 minutes. Then only ' it worked I play top. The fact every day at the same time.

By HLSW my server is online without any problem. My network is that of OVH so no problem configurations.

I bring you proof that the problem is located at home because a single server is not scan while the others are.

Your server is not responding to any queries at the moment. Feel free to check on hlsw, will be very simple to confirm that.

I checked with HLSW the server responds normally.

I consulted the OVH carrier they told me that this does not apply because only one port is scanned so that not from home. Here are my firewall rule

udp allowed
tcp allowed
ipv4 Refused
Icmp Refused

Again I repeat, this is the only one port 27015.

By cons I remind you that if you try to ping the server it will not work because ICMP is blocked
