trying to clam this server but getting the message (This server cannot be scanned)

also can not join the server along with many of my clan members and ones that can join are getting kicked by punk buster.

connected fragnet and they said is no probs of the back end and to contact GT

also will not let me claim the server because of the above reason!!

e-mail from fragnet: We are perfectly able to reach your server via query by using different query tools as well as ProCon using the aforementioned details (now corrected, it was a copy and paste error).
Please, contact Game Tracker's support as the server query protocol is working properly on our end.
