I own a 7 Days to Die server JD's Hideout 198.12.65.34:25500, I've re-named my server and let it run 20-30 mins and nothing...still listing wrong name on site and not letting me claim it.

There is no server with that IP:Port on the website.
http://www.gametracker.com/search/?query=198.12.65.34%3A25500 Therefore, you wouldn't be able to claim a page that does not exist. You can add your server on http://www.gametracker.com/servers/

I didn't search it with the port included, I searched 198.12.65.34 and it shows http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/198.12.65.34:25000/
If you notice my sig from another tracker, showing my server.
