FOUND A SICK NEW GAMING MOUSE CONCEPT!

I heard some people talking about a new computer mouse that is currently being developed. It features so-called ‘directional feedback’. The idea of it being that the mouse can give directional feedback along its side contours where there will be points allocated to different directions, which will represent incoming threats that are outside your field of vision on the screen. So this allows you to not only see a threat on your radar, but also simultaneously feel where the threat is coming from attempting to add an extra dimension to your gaming experience.

Could this be the beginning of a new era in gaming?

In relation to most FPS games, I would call it a new era in cheating.
Of course, without appropriate feedback from the game, it would do nothing.
Looks like Quake 3 will be safe for a while yet
