Hello i don't know what kind of problem is this, but when there is'n anybody on the server gametracker show that it vas dead!

When anybody comes on it shows online, and i didn't realised any problem with my server, so what should we do?

Your server is offline right now, so I imagine no one is on it.

At the moment, your server is failing at clientlist.

Please check the permissions from the guide to ensure they are enabled.

138 is apparently "Channel subscribe power" so you can test that one out as well. If after setting that one and it still has issues, I suggest running through the telnet again to see if there is another permission error.
