Could Not Scan The Team Speak 3 SERVER

This morning everything was fine until i got message server is down and could not scan due to SCAN Error.

i check in telnet all commands

Use Port=9987
serverlist ok
channelinfo ok
channellist ok
clientlist ok

every where i got ok and no errors

Well I'm guessing you're logging in as server admin while you're doing that, or something, because that is very different than what a guest would get. I'm also assuming your server is 185.62.189.62:9987:10011.

error id=2568 msg=insufficient\sclient\spermissions failed_permid=22

I suggest looking up that error code and resolving the permission. Once you do so, go back through the guide as GUEST, meaning you don't login as server admin or anything.
