A few months ago I was banned on my main account: http://www.gametracker.com/lunia/ and to this day I still have no idea why. I'd really like my account back for my servers. I've tried emailing abuse@gametracker.com but I've never gotten any response.

The only thing I can suspect as to why I was banned was because I corrected the locations from 25 servers from Netherlands to France pretty quickly. Maybe the website thought I was a bot/spamming/flooding or whatever because of that.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I know nothing about your ban, or the circumstances, but if you wait 7 days you will be able to claim your servers under this profile.

Yeah, but I'd really like my original name back. I didn't do anything but change my server locations. I assume I got auto-flagged for spamming because I did with like 25 tabs open.

Did you add those servers at the same time? The system can auto-ban if spam is detected, and perhaps you were included in one of the many users banned on any given day. If this is the case, you would need to verify the IP (or IPs) affected. Of course, the IP would have been banned alongside that if this reason is relevant.

If that's not the case, you can attempt another appeal if the first was not successful. As stated, you'll only receive a response if successful. The most common reason for bans are spam-related (like in the forums or blogs) or adding numerous fake servers.

I owned about 20 Killing Floor 1 and 40 Killing Floor 2 servers at the time, I added them all in a row relatively quickly, yeah. The KF1 servers all had the same IP and so did the KF2 servers, they just had a different port.

They were along the lines of:

Lunia's [Normal] #1 149.202.82.103:7777
Lunia's [Normal] #2 149.202.82.103:7877
Lunia's [Normal] #3 149.202.82.103:7977

etc.

But nothing happened after I added them rapidly like that for months, I got banned like a day or two after I corrected their server locations from Netherlands (rented IP from OVH) to France (actual physical server location).

I didn't have any intend of spamming, I just had a lot of servers that I had to add and fix up the locations of (for OCD sake lol) because some people playing on the servers were interested in the score system of the site.

I just really hope I can just get my account back. But I feel like I'm not getting a response because it auto-banned me for spamming. None of the servers were fake. Just a strong dedicated server with a ton of servers. D:

That IP is not banned. Was it a different IP affected?

Yeah, that's my new server. I gave it an example, sorry. My old server IPs were banned. Plus my user account, which is the one I'd love to have back too.

Old KF1 IP: 94.23.145.147
Old KF2 IP: 5.196.81.118

Thanks for confirming them, those were the ones. If you need to add a bunch of servers, do so over multiple days such as 10 individual servers per 24 hour period. Or send us a list to add in PM.
