You can access instructions on how to claim a server by clicking the (?) button near the Claim Ownership button to learn how claim a server. Alternatively, read the error message received when the claim fails. Additionally, see the above links chimaera included.
If it does not work, you need to include more information as to what you are doing to try to claim it, what is happening, and why it is wrong.
