There are no "limits" on GameTracker.

Please keep in mind that GameTracker.com is not the development team for ARMA3. You need to contact them if you are finding bugs in how their servers are reporting server information in the query response.

I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.
