Our TS Gametracker widget indicates that the server is dead but the TS works fine.
Our TS ip info is : 208.167.232.2 Port: 9406 Query Port: 9100 We have been using this widget for over 2 years and suddenly it shows dead, any ideas ? |

You need to keep the clientlist and channellist permissions enabled for Guest. If you do not remember how to turn it back on, you can reference the guide here:
