Well hi guys, honestly I don't know why the server was banned from ranking. We are an OLD community (you can see it here, d2u2.mejorforo.net) that closed on 2011 and we re-opened our doors about 2 weeks ago. The first time I added the server I don't remember if it has rank, but it didn't has the red message that appears because fake clients or idle clients. I just noticed that the system block the server when we had a problem with the FastDL and nobody was able to download the map (zm_school, to be exactly). Maybe, 5 or 6 players taking a long time to download a map from server (about 6 - 8 minutes) can be detected as fake players or even idle players?
Hope you can guys help, we want to server to be rank, so we can appear on a decent position and get some players with GameTracker server listing!! Have a good night guys!

Oh, well it wasnt because I didn't get any answer, I just got online and noticed that I posted there, and I thinked that was on a new topic. But thanks for the help, really useful! Hope I can get my server ranked again soon <3
