If you'd like to change the IP of a GT Premium subscription, you must terminate it and re-create it.
Go to http://www.gametracker.com/account/plan.php Click Manage for the server Find the Terminate button After terminating the existing server, you can set up a new server of the game and location of your choice in its place.
