For one of my Garry's Mod server, it is marked as Arma 3:

I'm sorry to hear you may have not added the server correctly. I've updated the query port of the page 158.69.226.95:27015 from 27016 to 27015. I've also updated the game type to Garry's Mod. You can add the other server now.
