Feature: Auto-scaling on player count graphs

Hi all,

I've got a number of servers that I run and although one would hope that one day they will all be well populated, at the moment some of them have a low player count, or only get used a couple days a wekk. The low player count results in a graph that isn't particularly useful.

The top end of the chart should automatically scale to show the top number of connected clients in the time period graphed. If a graph shows player count over 24 hours, and the highest number of connected clients during that 24 hours was 10, then the scale should show 0-10 rather than the 0-64 currently shown.
Yes, I could change the server config to get around this, but I don't want to have to adjust it just to get graphs looking more readable.

Thoughts?
