I blatantly got the captcha correct but it still disallowed it!

I've edited out the personal information you included in your post.

That last digit looks like it should be a 5. You can always reload the page to get a new captcha if you need to.

So you're not gonna do anything aobut it. You're not gonna add a refresh captcha button so you don't have to refresh the entire page and lose all your form data. You're not going to make the captcha easier or at least take that one captcha that stumped me out of rotation. The captcha is completely broken and you're fine with that.

If it was broken, as you speak of, it would not work. It works perfectly fine - I proved without a reasonable doubt that you simply entered the code incorrectly.
