i can't add my server to gametracker. It's hosted by g-portal.de. Any solution?

You haven't stated your problem / error.

so I tried to add the server here and the following error came:

the interesting thing, that another server from gportal is registered here already. (https://www.gametracker.com/server_info/94.250.218.145:25200/)

What is your server IP:port ?
Sometimes it's a good idea to double check this

Are you certain that join port and query port are both 25200 ?
I don't know the game from experience, but your config/startup script may tell you this

tracert and ICMP echo (ping) confirm the IP address is there.

The two remaining possible issues would be;
1) server is not running (I assume we can ignore that?)
2) scanning IP address(es) are being blocked.

You may need to confirm with your provider that they have whitelisted the IPs in the list above.

Also, it is unusual to allow ICMP echo responses from a game server.
You may wish to ask your provider about this as well.

For those BF games, some server providers use JoinPort + 20,000 as the query port.
