I can not find a server at that IP:port combination
Is provider DE - Hetzner Online AG correct?

Something is blocking port 12081 on your server.

There is no server that can be found at 144.76.8.16:12080:12081

I would suggest contacting your server provider. They will be able to adjust the firewall appropriately so the traffic is not blocked. If they need to confirm, using a tool like HLSW will help them test their changes.
