It's been a week and I still can't claim my server, it keeps telling me that I have to have an active server for a week... i have and it still won't let me claim it.

7 days means 7 x 24 hours.
You will be able to claim your server on 08-May at 07:28, being 7 days + 1 minute from when you joined. I am a community user. I do not reply to private message requests for support.
