I chose the wrong server (Legacy) and now I changed it to (default) now I am unable to scan the server. question? is there a waiting period before the server becomes available again.

GameTracker will start showing it as online once it is able to locate a server at the respective address.
If the server is listed as offline, you can click the "(claim server)" (if not claimed, "None - Claim Now!"). There will be a red box where you can force it to scan again instead of waiting for GT.
