I am trying to make custom banners using the website and I make the custom banner and I can't see anywhere to save the banner. Please help.

There are no options to save the banner settings to what you configure. What you do is use the customize the banner to your liking, then copy the appropriate code to your website. If you need to copy the code again, you'll need to enter your desired customization again.
