Hi there, I recently rent a BF4 server. Today I try to claim it but I am unable to change name even I am admin. Server IP is 5.101.166.108:31200

Its hosted on Nitrado.

How I can claim it please ? Its not in France its in Germany and I am the owner. thanks for help

Query port is 31300 and name of server is *** WOLVES-CZ HC SERVER mix-mode ****

You have rented a server that has the same IP as another server, but it (of course) has a different query port.
This is quite normal, especially for hosted servers.

Simply add your server using your port numbers.

If i do , i getting access to all ready added server with same IP and same query port.

Are you sure you are clear about server join port and query port?
You have stated that your query port is 31300, but not given a join port?

If your server host has misinformed you about the join and query ports, then you need to confirm it with them.
It is quite apparent that the other server is using 31200 as the join port, so yours should be something different.

In any case, I have just added your server to gametracker using the standard add server page, and using 31300 for both the join and query ports.

I have verified on battlelog and updated the query port to 31300.
