What rocket plugin are you referring to and where did you get it?

Re-reading the post, it seems more probable that you are referring to a game plugin.
Gametracker does not manage any game servers, nor does it offer (that I am aware of) and plugins for specific games. If a plugin has a bug, you need to contact the creator of the plugin.
